How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add the items you want to your cart, then click "Checkout." Follow the steps to enter your shipping address and payment details. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You have 60 minutes after your purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. After that, contact us at info@courbelle-paris.com — we'll do our best to help before your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are secure and encrypted.
I didn't receive a confirmation email — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@courbelle-paris.com with your full name and we'll look into your order.

What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Estimated delivery is around 10–15 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and worldwide. Additional fees may apply for remote areas.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it on our Order Tracking page or directly on the carrier's website.
Are there any customs fees?
Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees aren't included in the displayed price and are the customer's responsibility.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after delivery to return an item. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, with packaging and tags intact. See our Returns & Exchanges page for all the details.
Which items can't be returned?
For hygiene reasons, underwear and custom-made items can't be returned. Sale items, gift cards, and products that are stained, scented, or deformed are also excluded.
How do I make a return?
Email info@courbelle-paris.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will send you the return address and instructions.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, to your original payment method (card or PayPal).

How do I choose my size?
Check our Size Guide to find your fit. If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort.
Are the colors true to the photos?
We do our best to make sure the photos reflect the real colors. However, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings.
How do I care for my items?
We recommend hand washing in cold water, or a gentle machine cycle inside a laundry bag. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry. Check the label on each item for specific instructions.
