  1. Check your email: As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
  2. Click the tracking link: It takes you to the carrier's site where you can follow your package in real time.
  3. No email? Check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number.

📍 Understanding tracking statuses

  • Order confirmed: Your order has been received and is being prepared.
  • Shipped: Your package has left our warehouse and is on its way.
  • In transit: Your package is on its way to your country.
  • Out for delivery: Your package has reached your city and will be delivered soon.
  • Delivered: Your package has been successfully delivered.

My tracking isn't updating — is that normal?

Yes, it's common. Tracking can take 2–5 days to become active after shipping. During international transit, there may be periods without updates. Don't worry — your package is on its way.

My package is marked "delivered" but I haven't received it

Check with your neighbors or local post office. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@courbelle-paris.com with your order and tracking numbers — we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away at info@courbelle-paris.com. Once the package has shipped, we're unfortunately unable to change the address.
